As we enter the Autumn and Winter months, we will inevitably see an increase in criminal damage to crops and farm land.
Please be reminded to report any damage to land to the Police and your local farm watch group. This helps us determine patrolling areas and focus on areas which are being affected.
The Rural Task Force are on hand for any questions and concerns which you may have. Please email us if you’d like any contact RTF@humberside.police.uk.
For day time hare coursing please mention OP Galileo when reporting and for night time lamping/ poaching please mention OP Zodiac when being reported.
Even if the damage is found after the incident, we ask of you please work with us in reporting the incident so that we can use our patrolling time effectively.
If the incident of poaching is on going please ring 999 to report and mention the above operations.
If you are reporting an incident after it has occurred please either ring 101 or report online using our reporting tool.
Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious circumstances.
